You could, in theory, get a Pokémon with perfect IV’s by landing on the right frame. And because nothing is random, they will all have the same nature and same IV’s.Bonus! Now that nothing is random, we have a lot more options for getting the perfect Pokémon. So if your shiny Treeko was found on frame 3187, then so will your shiny Rayquaza, and shiny Kyogre, and shiny anything.
